Trade on at least the minimum number of separate days in each phase.

Opening or closing trades within the news window around high-impact releases is not allowed.

Equity may not fall more than the daily loss limit below the day’s starting balance (reset 00:00 UTC).

Example: On a $100K account with 5% daily loss, equity below $95,000 at any moment breaches.

Equity may never fall below the initial balance minus the max-loss percentage.

Example: With 10% static drawdown on $50K, the floor is $45,000.

No single day may contribute more than the consistency cap of total profit.

Payouts require approved KYC, an approved destination and at least one profitable cycle.
